We have re-stored buildings in different ways each that at heart has the same principle but to different specifications. This is achieved by either restoring a building to its original glory or refreshing a home to a modern standard.
Listed Building
We have successful completed a listed building which can be seen from our gallery, however consulting with the local planning authority is necessary to make sure that the renovation goes ahead in the right way, with the appropriate materials and techniques used to preserve the integrity of the build.
New Builds
We at Derrynoid Construction Ltd experience working closely with architects, contractors and suppliers ensuring that your project will be unique and well constructed. Commercials
In recent years we have completed a number of small commercial projects, such as the completion of a Dental Surgery, Restaurant and Boutique Hotel within the local area. On completion of these projects it has enabled us to apply our skills on a larger more demanding scale for a rapidly changing dynamic market.
